These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ThePeely and its lite apps (CRM, Bookings, POS, Tickets, Inventory, AI, Payroll, Forms, and Analytics), operated by [Your Legal Business Name] ("ThePeely," "we," "us"). By using ThePeely, you agree to these Terms.
Each ThePeely app is offered in a free "Lite" tier with usage limits (e.g. a maximum number of contacts, bookings, or products) and a paid "Pro" tier, priced per app from $9 to $19/month depending on the app, billed via Stripe. Customers may also subscribe to "ThePeely Premium," a single $39/month membership that unlocks Pro on every app in the suite. Lite tier data is stored locally in your browser; we do not guarantee its durability or backup it on your behalf.
You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use ThePeely. There is currently no login/account system — Lite tier access is tied to your browser and device, not to an account.
Pro and Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Paid features are unlocked against your ThePeely account, so you need to be logged in with the same email address you used at checkout for your plan to apply. If you paid and your account still shows as Lite, contact us and we'll correct it.
Cancelling. You can cancel any subscription yourself at any time, online, without contacting us — use the subscription management portal, or the "Manage subscription" button on your dashboard. Enter the email address you subscribed with and Stripe will email you a secure login link. From there you can cancel, update your card, or download past invoices.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Free trials can be cancelled the same way before they convert, and you won't be charged. Refunds beyond this are handled at our discretion unless required by law.
Don't use ThePeely to violate the law, infringe on others' rights, transmit malware, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service beyond what's permitted by applicable law.
The Lite version of ThePeely AI generates drafts using fixed templates and rule-based text substitution — it is not a generative AI model. It is intended as a starting point for your own editing, not a finished, ready-to-send output. Pro-tier AI features, if and when connected to a live AI model, may be subject to additional terms from that model's provider.
ThePeely Payroll is a calculator, not a payroll filing, tax remittance, or compliance service. It does not file taxes, remit withholding, or guarantee compliance with any federal, state, or local employment law. Consult a licensed accountant or payroll provider for actual payroll operations.
ThePeely is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
