๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Changelog

What's shipped, and what's next.

We build fast and in the open. Here's a running log of what's actually changed across the suite โ€” no vague "improvements and bug fixes."

Latest

Your business name, on your software

  • Set your business name once and it appears next to ThePeely at the top of every app โ€” so the suite reads as your software, not a tool you're renting. In a team workspace, the team's name is used automatically.
  • Self-serve billing: manage your card, download invoices, and cancel any time from your dashboard, without contacting us.
  • Corrected app descriptions across 26 apps that still said data was saved in this browser only โ€” it now syncs to your account and across your team.
  • Rewrote the billing and cancellation section of the Terms to describe how it actually works.

Team workspaces, sample data, and a real icon set

  • Team workspaces. Create a team, invite people by email, and share one set of data across everyone โ€” with personal data staying private. Invites are redeemed automatically on next login, no email links to chase.
  • Roles (owner, admin, member), a member roster, pending-invite management, and the ability to leave a team.
  • A workspace badge in every app's top bar so it's always obvious whether you're editing personal or shared data.
  • Sample data. One click fills any app with realistic example records so you can see how it works before typing anything โ€” and one click removes them again without touching your real data.
  • Custom icon set. All 33 apps now have their own drawn icon instead of emoji, which render inconsistently across devices.
  • Fixed: CSV columns with format hints in the header (like "date (YYYY-MM-DD)") were importing blank โ€” including in the templates we hand out.

POS rebuilt as a real retail system

  • Barcode scanning โ€” works with any keyboard-wedge scanner, no drivers or proprietary hardware.
  • Stock tracking that decrements on sale and restores on refund, with low-stock and out-of-stock warnings.
  • SKUs, categories, and a searchable product grid.
  • Customer profiles attached to sales, with lifetime spend and purchase count.
  • Split payments across card, cash, and gift card on a single sale, with automatic change due.
  • One-click refunds that restore stock and post a proper negative receipt.
  • End-of-day report broken out by payment method, plus all-time top sellers.
  • Your own tax rate and store name, instead of a hardcoded default.
  • Printable receipts and reports โ€” real print styles across the whole suite.
  • CSV import that reads Square and Shopify product exports as-is.

Store, cloud sync, and pre-launch polish

  • Account dashboard with a one-click backup of all your data as JSON.
  • Password reset flow.
  • Cost comparison page showing what a typical separate-tools stack actually costs.
  • New Store page โ€” curated shortlists by use case (service businesses, real estate, healthcare, creators, back office, sales & ops, personal wellbeing) instead of one long catalog.
  • A working "list your product" form for other developers, reviewed by hand.
  • Account-based cloud sync: your data now follows your logged-in account across devices instead of living in just one browser.
  • CSV import on every app with a real data list โ€” migrate off your old CRM/POS/scheduler in minutes.
  • Per-app help guides highlighting what makes each tool different, not just how to click around it.
  • Repriced ThePeely Premium ($39/mo) to properly reflect the value of unlocking all 32 apps.
  • Accessibility pass: fixed low-contrast text color, badge contrast, missing image alt text, and a stripped focus indicator on the contact form.

Every app, sellable on its own

  • All 32 apps priced and purchasable individually ($9โ€“$19/mo, 7-day free trial), alongside the all-access bundle.
  • Competitive-depth features added across the board โ€” AR aging, no-show rates, revision counters, budget-vs-spent tracking, and more, depending on the app.
  • Real account system (Supabase-backed login) with plan-aware limits enforced server-side, not just in the browser.

The suite takes shape

  • Launched with a handful of core apps (CRM, Bookings, POS, Tickets, Inventory) and grew to cover real estate, medical admin, health & wellness, construction, consulting, and creative work.
  • Install-to-home-screen support added across every app.
  • 2-day free trial window plus a 7-day Pro trial model introduced.
